From our start in 2012, we wanted to do business differently, focussing on what is essential and what characterizes the passion for the profession. Instead of growth at any cost we deliberately chose to put the human behind the professional at the center. We wanted to become excellent in human touch, as we call it. This approach has enabled us to become the quality player we aimed to be and have now become. We understand that quality is an ongoing process. As an organization or professionals, we also embrace the Rhineland organization model described in 1991 by the French economist Michel Albert. This means, among other things, that the professionals in the organization are at the center with their subject expertise and that top control is not necessary.
